Why Lipstick?

Many people ask me, why are you so addicted to lipstick? What so interesting about it? Pertanyaan macem ini dateng biasanya dari temen-temen gue yang pernah main ke kosan dan ngeliat perbandingan jumlah lipstik dan alat makeup lain di meja gue. Yeah, why?
Honestly, i never thought i could be this lippie-junkie, seriously. It just happened. I dont know why or how or since when, all i know is...the colors are so pretty i want them all!

Yes, right. The main reason why i have 10:1 lipstik dan alat makeup lainnya adalah i need a color for every mood i’m in. For example, im feeling pretty i choose bright pink, i feel down to earth-i-dont-want-people-recognize-me i use warm nude color or brownish color, i feel outsanding today i choose hot red, i feel ugly i dont bother drees up i choose deep red color, etc. Nah you get it now?
Gue bukanlah tipe orang yang sembarangan pilih warna. Gue gak akan beli warna yang sama dua kali atau beli warna cuma karena warna itu lagi ngetrend. Gue beli warna karena 1. Gue belum punya warna itu, 2. Warnanya lucu. 3. Cocok di kulit gue. Kulit gue termasuk coklat medium with blue undertone which is safe karena semua warna masuk, apalagi warna gelap. Orang-orang kebanyak gak pede kalo pake warna gelap tapi gatau kenapa gue malah suka banget sama warna gelap. Deep-red, deep-purple, deep-brown, cocok banget ke muka. Kesannya jadi kaya ngasih statement. Apalagi kalo lagi males banget dandan, i just put my Vampire Red Dear Darling Liptint from Etude House. It’s not even a lipstick but gue suka banget karena cukup ngasih statement buat muka gue kalo lagi kucel.
 
Kalo alat makeup lain-misal bb cream- gue masih bisa bilang gini dalem hati “abisin dulu bb cream yang ini baru abis itu beli yang ini (merk lain yang gue penasaran pengen coba)” janji itu bisa gue tepati kalo sama makeup yang lain. Cuma buat lipstik aja yang gak pernah bisa gue buat janji macem itu. Lipstik pertama gue Red-A 604 sampai sekarang bahkan masih belum habis padahal gue kemarin baru beli lipstik ketujuh Revlon Super Lustrous creme no 423 Pink Velvet.
I never intend to be lippies junkie, but if i am, i like it better.
